Tim founded TDL Legal and is the partner-in-charge of the Melbourne office.

With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Tim has substantial experience in the areas of design, architecture, engineering, statutory approval, building and construction, owners corporation, product and material liability, professional negligence, insurance, and complex commercial cases.

Tim holds a Master of Laws (Commercial Law – Monash) and also created the Building Knowledge Network that held an Educational Conference dealing with several important issues facing the building industry. The conference was attended by 75 delegates, including a number of Municipal and Private Building Surveyors, lawyers, building consultants and members of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
